These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JAX Home Pro website (jaxhome.pro) and any services provided by JAX Home Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

JAX Home Pro provides residential home improvement services in Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas, including but not limited to flooring installation, tile installation, drywall repair, painting, pressure washing, TV mounting, door installation, trim carpentry, home remodeling, and bathroom remodeling.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are free and non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties. Prices may be subject to change based on actual site conditions discovered during project commencement. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We will use reasonable efforts to complete work on the agreed schedule. Delays due to weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation without charge. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

5. Access to Property

You agree to provide our team with reasonable access to your property to perform the services. You represent that you have the authority to authorize work to be performed at the property.

6. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of workmanship, notify us within 30 days of project completion and we will return to remedy the issue at no charge. This warranty covers labor only and does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions, materials you supplied, or damage caused after project completion.

7. Materials and Third-Party Products

Warranties on materials and products are those provided by the manufacturer. JAX Home Pro is not responsible for defects in materials supplied by the customer or covered under separate manufacturer warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAX Home Pro's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from JAX Home Pro related to your service inquiries and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on your service requests.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone violating these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on jaxhome.pro, including text, images, and design, is owned by JAX Home Pro and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Duval County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
